The doors don™™t have a lock and don™™t stay closed. Every trip we have taken so far the doors have opened up which means the food isn™™t cold. It also cause the refrigerator to get a dent in the door and one of the freezer doors die to it coming open during travel and hitting the table

When it worked it would freeze my veggies and my drinks would be warm, it lasted 3 seasons then stopped cooling and freezing all together and of course they dont make it anymore so i need to find a sane size fridge to fit in there

It is generally a good fridge. However, our LED light went out recently, and it seems ridiculous to have to call a technician to change a light bulb, particularly as it is supposed to be for the lifetime of the fridge, and we've only had it a few years. I would appreciate guidance one 1. Where to purchase a replacement and 2. How to change the bulb.

We love this refrigerator/freezer! It has so much room and we love the dual freezers on the bottom. Having had just top freezers in the past, I wasn™™t sure how I™™d like it being on the bottom.

Our unit was purchased with our RV. It lasted about 15 months before it took a total crap. Came back to find the fridge completely defrosted. We lost a bunch of food and the refrigerator was the new home to thousands of maggots and flies.
It looks fantastic but I wpuld never purchase this product or another Haier product again.

I wish i could give it 0 stars. The freezer has started completely thawing every couple of days. Lost everything stored in it. We bought it March 19 2021, less than 3 years later we're shopping for a new fridge because parts aren't available.

if i could give a zero star rating i absolutely would! my grandmother paid 1300 for this fridge less than 2 years ago and it has went out! biggest rip off and piece of crap i have ever seen and the company doesnt want to make it right in any way! Sad that the elderly are screwed over by big name companys! and that they make throw away models and sell at high prices!

This is a great refrigerator. It came in our RV that we purchased in August 2023. Our RV is a 2020 Keystone so the refrigerator is at least 3 years old. I'm pretty computer savvy but it is not easy to adjust its temperature. Also, we just noticed during cold fall weather that it leaks when we turn on the RVs heat or the fireplace. Other than that, it's spacious with plenty of compartments.

drawer in refrigerator freezes, we had adjusted refrigerator temperature because the milk kept souring mow vegetable and fruit in the drawer freeze. I love my little fridge but have problems adjusting temperature, very complicated for me

I love my frig. It keep everything cold & fresh longer than my other RV frig did. There is one big problem, the veggie drawer freezes every veggie I have except for carrots. Other than that it works great.

I read through the reviews and measured carefully because there was no room for error. This fridge fits perfectly in the slot created by my apartment-size fridge.
There is room for half-gallon containers of milk and juice in the doors. Putting a small turkey in took some major reshuffling.
One thing that worried me was the fact that the thermostat kept signaling that the fridge or freezer compartment was losing cold air. Be mindful that if there is any food packaging that gets in between the door and the rubber seal, the alarm will sound. I tucked in the packaging and vwalla - the fridge and freezer(s) work great and look fantastic.

I have followed the instructions but can't get the pre-set temperature in the refrigerator to change. It is freezing my fruit and vegetables in the drawer. If you're going to have a touch screen to control a product it should be easy to use. This is not.

This fridge came with the RV we just purchased. We were very surprised with the styling. The previous RV had a 21 cf unit. We moved all the food over and still had space left. The interior design, is roomy. We would buy this fridge again.

the shelf spacing is not high enough for gallon jugs I had to add a 1/4inch piece of plastic under them so the milk jugs would fit other than that Fridge is ok for the RV it is in. This Refrigerator came with the RV we purchased Factory installed

This fridge is great for tight spaces. freezer holds a lot of meat/veggies. but..... the touch pad for the control is difficult to work. I had to reset my fridge every time I wanted to adjust the temp in the freezer or fridge. the vegetable drawer would freeze my vegetables even when I adjusted the fridge temp as high as it would go. I tried calling customer service several times and never was able to connect with anybody. now it's out of warranty. there is almost zero adjustment for the shelving in the fridge, i had to source custom containers to fit between the shelving because it wasn't even tall enough to fit a gallon of milk. i finally purchased another and gave away this one. I would not recommend buying.

I get so many compliments on this fridge and it holds way more than the size suggests. however, a few months ago the freezer started defrosting a few times a month. It completely ruins the frozen food. It's a persistent problem and we cannot reach customer service. A repair person came out but they haven't been able to locate the reason or fix the problem. Haier, please help.

This sleek new model is the perfect size for my small galley-style kitchen. This smaller version of the larger model is spacious on the inside. The features, particularly the digitally control temperatures for each compartment, are an added bonus. The silver and black color fits perfectly with my decor.

It™™s a nice size but you can™™t put a gallon of milk or orange juice on a shelf. They didn™™t size the shelving space properly. It™™s like 1/8 of an inch too tight. Very annoying. But great refrigerator otherwise.
