We just love our new oven. It's sleek, it's beautiful and It's very easy to use with no complications. We celebrated its long awaited arrival by baking a big turkey and it was delicious. It's been years since we were able to bake a turkey because our old oven stopped working. So glad we bought this one!

The dealer told us that only GE makes a 24" gas wall oven, but we later learned that Frigidaire makes one too. The choice is very limited if you lack the space for a 30" wall oven. We ordered this oven in May, and we were told it was a long-lead, special-order item, and would not be delivered until July. Delivery actually did not occur until October. One month in, the oven is operating flawlessly. It's a replacement for an identical model that was 18 years old, so we've had a long experience with this oven and its predecessor. There were (3) problems in the original oven that led to the replacement: 1) After running the self-cleaning cycle, the oven would fail to unlock. We would have to shut off the power breaker to the kitchen and wait several days for it to unlock. 2) The glide bearings on the utility drawer came off, and we had to wrestle with the drawer in order to use it. 3) There are (2) glow coils (one for each burner), and either of them can stop working at any time. We replaced both several times over the life of the unit. The cost of repairs is around $300 each time.

OK, 24 in. wall ovens are inadequate. My home came with a 24 in. wall cavity and the legacy oven gave up the ghost. The old one would only heat to 525 F and the nearby cabinets got hot. The new GE oven (installed 3 days ago) excelled at 2 loaves of sourdough bread baked sequentially at 450F. The fan is quieter than my microwave oven and does not heat the small kitchen substantially, but does keep the cupboards much cooler. The interior is a tad smaller than the "old" oven, so cramped became more cramped, but I expected that--I assume it has better insulation, as it baked quite evenly. I consider this a valuable upgrade to the older oven and look forward to many puffy loaves to come.

I previously had the same oven and purchased the same model as mine was 25 years old and am very happy with it. I waited almost six months for it due to COVID-19 supply problems and it was well worth the wait

The oven was easy to install and has nice features. The only thing I don't like is when the oven is turned on, it takes a few seconds for the gas to ignite and it causes a loud pop in the oven. I've never had that happen when I turned on my old gas oven. Because of this feature, I would not recommend and wish I had known this would happen every time the oven is turned on.

It fit nicely in our wall cabinet, and we are glad about having a gas oven, we feel the electric ones just pull way too much electricity to preform. The burner being on the top allows us to broil easily without having to bend down to the bottom shelf. It's like a built in salamander. The self cleaning option is a huge plus.

Brought oven in early July. Waited over 2 to 2 and a half months to have it installed. Finally got it installed in last week of Sept. and right from the start I had to call GE Customer Service who told me not to use it, and I made appointment with repair people who are suppose to be here Oct. 13. There is a problem when it ignites with the gas. So I gave it a one star---because of this. It hasn't been fun getting by without an oven for 3 months or so.

This oven seems to be dependable and the fan noise is not objectionable. I was surprised that a broiler pan was not included. It fit into the space where my previous oven was and that was the most important criteria.

I had this oven for 3.5 years and I had to call for service 3 times. The third time I called was for the igniter that broke. When the guy came to fix it he broke it and the power stopped working. I therefore had to buy a new oven. Unfortunately this is the only oven that fits in my kitchen. When the new oven arrived the racks weren't level. I hope this can be remedied quickly and I hope this oven lasts more than 3.5 years.
