I had searched the internet quite a bit for a used KitchenAid Artisan mixer for my daughter's new apartment, but was always a bit worried about what I might get from a secondhand seller. Then I stumbled across KitchenAid's site, and was delighted to find that it sold factory refurbished products. Now I could get my daughter the quality and style of KitchenAid, without the retail cost. Her mixer arrived ahead of time, and looked brand new in every respect. It had no nicks, dings, or scratches. It had all of the accessories, which also looked brand new, and the grape color is awesome. It's a great appliance, and my daughter loves it. Thank you KitchenAid, for helping me stay within budget, and making my daughter a very happy new apartment dewller.

My husband got me this stand mixer for Christmas, and I am getting so much use out of it. Read the instruction manual to be sure I don't break it, and it is so easy and straightforward. I've enjoyed a couple of recipes in the manual too. My favorite thing to use it for, ironically, is to shred chicken in 30 seconds!

I have wanted a kitchen aid mixer for years, and am delighted with this model. It works like a charm and handles beautifully. It can be difficult to get some ingredients inside the mixer while it is running, but this is a small inconvenience. I love my mixer!

I treated myself to the Artisan this Christmas, and this culinary workhorse has filled the grey trudge toward Spring with baked goods and meals I wouldn't tackle or bother with unassisted. As a guy, I love this machine! As one who cooks, I love the results!!!

I have wanted a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for a very long time. When looking at their site, I saw the refurbished was several dollars less, so I did the online chat with a representative. After being reassured of the product, I placed my order, and of course, it looks and acts brand new! Could have been a floor model, etc. but everything is in perfect working condition, without and signs of previous use, at all! I highly recommend this product and loved cooking with it this past Christmas! Debbie

Sturdy and reliable. I will never have to buy another because this is the best. With all the attachments it saves me from buying other appliances. I have gone through a lot of mixers and finally was able to afford one.

I have been hitting to my husband for years that this THE mixer to have and he bought it for me for Christmas this year. I was ecstatic and it is everything and more that I thought it would be. I have been wanting one of these mixers for years but couldn't afford one. My husband bought me the referbished one for Christmas this year and I love it. The large bowl makes making cookies a breeze and the movable arm makes it easier to add thing. Clean up is easy with the easily detached mixing utensils. I love my kitchen aid mixer.

We had a major flood destroy our home this summer and with it, our trusty old kitchenaid stand mixer. FEMA can only help so much, and with $46k in damage left uncovered we were in no position to replace our beloved machine. Through much saving, my husband and I decided we would buy one as our Christmas gift to each other. We saw aa good sale and jumped on it about a week before the holiday. In one day we baked cookies for 12 straight hours! Our new mixer never got a break and never complained. Thick, sticky cookie doughs were no big deal! We use it all the time and are so happy with this purchase, it's silly. A little bit of convenience, especially when you're rebuilding much of your world, is priceless.

I have always wanted a Kitchenaid mixer and this refurbished one is working out great! You don't have to scrape the bowl. It is s bit heavy so I don't recommend having to move it much.

I bought this for my wife who bakes a lot and this has turned out to be the best tool she has in her arsenal. The stand mixer has made her mixing so much easier and the cakes are so much more fluffy and moist now.
