Bad filter

When I received the item the box was very tattered. I put the filter in ran the water to get clear water and it stop working instantly. I have never had problems before with these filters. I can't reach ANYONE AT WHIRLPOOL to return it. I have called 4 times left my number and no one has returned my call. This is not a cheap filter I would like a refund or replacement what happen to the plastic protected packaging they use to be packed in?

This is literally a scam. I received my first filter, which didn™™t even fit in my whirlpool fridge does not have the trademark every drop security tag on the back because these are trash filters do not buy and do not waste your money. What a scam this company is running

I have cancelled my subscription for water filters. One was ordered on August 2, 2026, and I have yet to receive the filter. It was ship via FedEx and per them they have lost the package. Yesterday I tried to call Whirlpool but only got to talk to a computer which was no help. They were supposed to call me back and I am still waiting for that call.

I sent the wrong order back 8/04/26. It was received. I use an A filter. The first one I ordered is the correct filter. I've called you phone line to be told I have to wait 50 minutes. I have used your chat and talked to a live person, only to be given an email. Either return the correct filter or my refund. I even put a letter in the returned filter box explaining my situation, no response.

I signed up for a 2 pack of water filters WHR1RXD1 for my refrigerator. This order is to arrive on 6/2/26. I do not need a 2 pack. A 1 pack per year would work for me. Your website is something else. I tried to change my order and see no way to do this. Your help in this matter would be appreciated

This is not a review of the product but a review of whirpoolusa. I have a subscription for this filter at whirlpool.com. My credit card expired and I received an email stating my order was cancelled and I have to order again. I changed my credit card information but that didn™™t help. So I ordered again. Now I got 2 orders coming, both has shipping charges. I called and no customer service answering. I chat online and their AI could not help. Sent to agent and I left waiting forever. I am not happy with whirlpool

The Whirlpool Refrigerator Water Filter 1 (WHR1RXD1) is a solid choice for keeping my drinking water fresh and clean. It™™s easy to install, and I noticed an immediate improvement in water taste. I appreciate that it™™s certified to reduce 99% of lead and other harmful contaminants ™" that™™s a big plus for my family™™s health.
The only reason I™™m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that finding the compatible model took a bit of extra effort, and the filter itself feels a bit pricey compared to some alternatives. Still, the quality and peace of mind it provides make it worth the investment. I'd definitely recommend it for Whirlpool fridge owners.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was sent a defective filter. Whirlpool wouldn™™t even talk to me about a replacement or refund as 90 days had passed. If the filter is changed every six months, how would one know it is defective in 90 days? Never again for a Whirlpool product with this sort of customer support.

First off, this filter is great. It does exactly what it's supposed to and does it well for quite a while. A couple of questions always come up around these things and I will try to answer them to the best of my knowledge as an engineer, and what I do for my family to keep them safe, but always do your own research because it's your water!

I always knew it was important to regularly replace your water filter, however, I now understand the value of changing your filter after my ice maker stopped working because I had put it off for many, many months. These filters are not cheap, however, repairing a broken ice maker is 100% more expensive than replacing your water filter. Using the original filter for our refrigerator not only ensures the best performance, but also brings a sense of peace of mind. Changing the filter and setting it up is quick, easy, and painless. I followed the instructions, then spent time flushing the filter, and the water tastes great now and my ice maker is happily churning out ice again.

Whirlpool refrigerator water filter was well packed and delivered without any damage. It was easy to change the filter when it was time to replace the old one. The next filter change would be in 6 months so the performance seems good. The size of the filter was small and easy to install.

I've had my Whirlpool fridge for almost 8 years and love it. This water filter is compatible with my refrigerator and super easy to install. The water is always delicious and crisp. ð We never have to smell or taste the excessive chlorine that's used to treat the water and I can definitely taste the difference. I received this free from Influenster and Whirlpool for my honest review all opinions are my own. I absolutely love this brand, my refrigerator is well over 20 years old and is still holding up, this filter makes sure my water is free of debris and unwanted chemicals. The water tastes amazing and comes out crystal clear. I can't recommend this brand enough.
